Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain internal tools and automation scripts using JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Develop lightweight APIs, CLI tools, and web utilities to enhance developer productivity and system reliability.
- Implement and manage API integrations between internal systems and external services (e.g., GitHub, Jira, HubSpot, NetSuite, or internal APIs).
- Experiment with and build AI-powered developer tools and automations using ChatGPT, Claude Code, and other LLM APIs.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and product engineering teams to streamline developer workflows, deployments, and monitoring.
- Write clear documentation and onboard teammates to the tools you create.
- Participate in design reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
- Every team member owns their decisions and drives outcomes.

Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in software or system engineering.
- Experience integrating APIs (REST, GraphQL, or webhooks).
- Familiarity with AI developer tools such as ChatGPT, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Replit Ghostwriter.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or similar).
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) or serverless platforms.
