About the role

  • The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community.
  • Leasing Specialists assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching all KPI goals.
  • This role is responsible for handling package intake, answering resident questions, maintaining a secure lobby environment, and supporting the leasing team during tours and application processing.

Responsibilities

  • The Part-Time Leasing Agent supports the community by providing excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents, and helping with leasing activities as needed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience
  • Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations
  • Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
  • Warm, friendly demeanor

Nice to have

  • Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
  • The position requires strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude when interacting with residents and prospects.

Compensation

  • $15.00 Per Hour, with the ability to earn performance bonuses and housing discount
