We are scaling our already successful disbursements and payouts business into a strategic growth pillar with ambitious revenue targets.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a multi-hundred-million-dollar business line at a company with proven platform scale and market leadership.
You'll set the vision and strategy for our payment platform, overseeing the complete lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization.

Branded payment solutions include the issuance and distribution of gift cards, egifts, corporate payouts and rewards, along with the technology to deliver these products in seamless, integrated ways.
You'll drive both growth and profitability, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, and risk while ensuring regulatory compliance and partnering with banks, fintechs, and payment networks to innovate in high-growth areas like B2B payments, cross-border transactions, and fleet payments.

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $170,360.00 to $230,000.00 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
