Requirements
- Work experience with an emphasis in project planning, design and/or processing with a public agency
- building or construction contracting firm or a land development firm required
- Must have initiative and be able to achieve objectives with minimum supervision
- Must be able to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Must have a problem-solving desire/orientation and be able to deal with complex problems in an efficient manner leading to management decisions and recommendations
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Bluebeam highly preferred
