About the role
- The engagement is 3-6 months with a strong potential for full-time conversion based on mutual fit.
Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding and technical setup to move members efficiently through the funnel.
- Manage customer support and concierge workflows - handling member requests and action plans.
- Build internal tools and automations using AI agents, n8n, Lovable, Retool, Zapier, and Claude/GPT APIs.
Requirements
- Proven ability to convert manual, repetitive processes into automated, measurable, repeatable systems.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling field staff (e.g., mobile nurses) and managing related logistics.
- Strong German and English communication skills (both required).
Nice to have
- Prior experience in healthtech or regulated environments.
- Comfort with a founding-stage, 3-6 month high-intensity commitment.
- Visa sponsorship is not available - candidates must already have the right to work in Germany.
- This is a founding-stage contract role with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position.
Skills
- comfortable with basic SQL, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Retool, n8n).
