About the role

This position is responsible for the overall leadership of the Airframe Records department.
Ensures all aircraft records responsibilities are performed per the applicable aircraft Maintenance and Inspection Program (MIP).
Airframe and Landing Gear Life Limited Parts (LLP) and Hard Times (HT)

Manages and monitors the records team to maintain the Company's Maintenance and Inspection Programs' current status and the related aircraft records.
Manage Component Configuration for Next Higher Assembly / Next Lower Assembly configuration (NHA/NLA) tracking.

Requirements

5+ years' management experience required.
Aircraft knowledge desired, but not required - specifically regarding the Boeing 737, 747, 767, and 777 fleet types.
Is computer literate, with a keen knowledge of Microsoft Office Software programs.
A bachelor's degree (4-year degree) or higher education emphasizes business or aviation preferred.
Aircraft knowledge desired, but not required - specifically regarding the Boeing 737, 747, 767, and 777 fleet types. Advanced understanding of AirVault, TRAX, AIMS functionality, and management.

Competitive compensation will be offered based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal equity and other factors. In addition, a range of benefits to include medical, dental and vision insurance, employee assistance program, as well as generous paid time off, and 401K contributions are offered as a part of the total compensation package.

Nice to have

10+ years' experience in an aviation maintenance environment (specifically aircraft components and records) preferred.

Compensation

$75,000 - $102,000 USD
