Responsibilities
- Build strong personalized customer engagement through consistent follow through and relationship building
- Maintain and build a book of client business through various outreach methods
- Organize, maintain, and clean the store and stockroom
- Give back as part of the Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events, volunteer + community events)
Requirements
- Cultivate Community - you are honest, inclusive and always willing to lend a hand
Nice to have
- 2+ yrs retail experience, 6+ mos leadership exp in a sales driven environment
- Apparel / accessories contemporary brand exp a must
- clienteling a plus
Compensation
- Compensation range for this role is $22-26/hr commensurate with experience.
