About the role
- Assemble printed materials into a final product and distribute the final product to the end destination.
- This varies by client and may be reevaluated or altered as client complexity could change in any given month.
- Resolve all systems issues proactively, seeking guidance from more experienced operators as needed.
Responsibilities
- Support projects of any scope or size, primarily operate minimal insert load and minimal to moderate sheet to statement ratios (e.g., 3-4 average sheets per statement).
- Comply with operating requirements/guidelines and ensure effective utilization of the equipment and perform preventative maintenance and authorized repairs.
Requirements
- Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, push, pull, reach, and lift 50 lb. mail trays throughout duration of assigned 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work in a noisy environment (ear protection provided and required)
- Basic mechanical and trouble shooting skills, ability to separate information or problems into smaller parts to understand them more fully
- Ability to multitask while working under tight deadlines, uses time efficiently
- Verbal Communication: Demonstrates ability to speak and understand the English language.
- Written Communication: Demonstrates ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
Nice to have
- Minimal: Less than high school diploma.
- Optimal: High school diploma or equivalent
- exposure to working knowledge of inserting equipment or running high-speed manufacturing equipment, strong mechanical skills, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

Compensation
- Salary range is $19.50 - $23.12 hourly.
