Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience with Milling Machines
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) Must be able to work in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check
- Willing to work days, nights, or weekends as needed
- Operating the milling machine to remove asphalt to a specific depth, ensuring that the job is done safely and efficiently
- Inspect and perform maintenance on milling machines to ensure proper operation
- Set-up, adjust controls on milling machine for each specific project to achieve the desired operations for the job
- Knowledgeable in reviewing equipment condition and maintenance needs
- A strong advocate for promoting and maintaining safe working practices and adherence to company safety standards
- Willingness to perform additional projects and duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the team
