About the role
- Parallel Employment, in partnership with Lake Geneva, WI manufacturing clients and Waterford, WI manufacturing clients is currently seeking CNC Operators to join our team.
- The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering specifications.
- This role requires individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area consistent with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues to supervisors.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with CNC programming Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Effective communication skills.

- $20k-$26k
