About the role
- You will translate system and customer needs into product specifications targeting automotive, industrial, and computing/server markets, while collaborating closely with R&D, marketing, and customers.
Responsibilities
- Define product requirements (customer specific requirements, design targets, datasheet parameters)
- Perform competitive benchmarking (performance, cost, features)
- Own product roadmap and new product introduction pipeline
- Create business cases, perform return on investment analysis, and own results
- Collaborate with cross-functional development team to bring products to market
- Train marketing and field applications to drive assigned portfolio to revenue
Requirements
- Knowledge of automotive, industrial, or server power systems
- Ability to translate system requirements into IC specifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience with power ICs: load switches, eFuses, ideal diodes, hot-swap
