About the role

  • The Inventory Associate is responsible for assisting with the receipt, processing, and organization of inventory at the cannabis retail store.
  • This role includes ensuring products are received and logged correctly, assisting with daily counts, and maintaining the organization of all inventory storage areas.
  • Associates are encouraged to show initiative in daily activities without supervisor prompting once trained, contributing to a proactive and efficient inventory management process.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily counts and update inventory tracking systems.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory storage areas.
  • Support inventory control measures to prevent loss.
  • shift the cannabis narrative and create something better.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task.
  • At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
  • Must have a valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have no scheduling restrictions.
  • Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking for extended periods.
