About the role
- The Inventory Control Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our manufacturing operations.

- Inventory Transactions: Execute the movement of inventory for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage transactions within the WMS/ERP system to accurately reflect the physical movement of goods, identify any discrepancies, and perform thorough root cause analysis.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize variances.

- Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain high inventory accuracy and minimize variances.
- Production Floor Support: Transport parts to the production floor as needed.
Requirements
- Bill of Materials Verification: Double-check the Bill of Materials for projects moving into production to confirm the presence of all required parts.
- Monthly Cycle Counts: Perform monthly cycle counts of materials and provide necessary assistance to the warehouse as required.

Compensation
- Base compensation will be paid in the range of $21-26/hr.
- Pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
