About the role
- The Implementation Analyst plays a critical role in delivering seamless implementations and high-impact managed services for both new and existing customers. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of client deployments across MeridianLink's software solutions driving successful launches, ensuring adoption, and creating long-term value.

Responsibilities

- The role will be responsible for innovation and leadership in developing and implementing initiatives that support client goals and objectives
- Implementation Analyst will manage internal and external stakeholder communications and expectations through the deployment cycle with a focus on driving project resources toward project completion while providing the highest level of proactive and responsive client service in response to and in anticipation of client questions and requests
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Requires moderate skill set and proficiency in the subject area
- Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems
- Career-development professional within the subject area
- Teamwork attitude, flexibility, and ability to manage different responsibilities/priorities at the same time
