- Evaluate patients in the relevant physical therapy domains, including component skills that may be restricting independence and/or participation.
Responsibilities
- Interpret child and family concerns as well as data collected through standardized assessment and skilled observation and develop a treatment plan involving short and long term goals, frequency and duration of treatment.
- Maintain a full-time caseload that may include children and families receiving services through insurance, school-based services, consultation, or private pay models of service delivery.
Requirements
- Must be willing to take students and supervise at least 2 PTA's
- License must be obtained within six (6) months of hire.
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
