About the role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily floor operations of Lawn Club.
This dynamic and results-driven role is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of all aspects of business operations, personnel management, and sales.
Working closely with the General Manager, this individual foster a positive and supportive environment while driving performance excellence in concept alignment, guest satisfaction, employee retention, and overall business success.

Foster and maintain positive guest relations, promptly address and resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a safe working and guest environment, implementing security procedures to protect employees, guests, and company assets
Support recruiting, hiring, training, and development of managers and hourly employees
Drive successful performance management and utilize disciplinary actions as needed in partnership with HR

Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 - 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on a regular (or occasional basis).
Ability to stand for prolong periods of time.
Minimum 2 years F&B management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Experience managing major projects and supervising day-to-day team activities
Proficiency in coordinating multiple business verticals, including food, beverage, culinary, games, and more while maintaining operational standards
POS and computer literate with the ability to learn and adapt to using all programs

Organization and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels

range: $70k - $80k per year
