About the role

Responsibilities
- Performs measurements and administers standardized testing within the scope of practice.
- Documents all treatments including subjective, objective, assessment, and plan for each visit.
- Performs clerical duties such as taking inventory, ordering supplies, answering the telephone, taking messages, and filling out forms.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Physical Therapy Assistant - KSBHA Required
- Basic Life Support - BLS Required within 90 days of hire.
- Required for All Jobs
Nice to have
- Associate's Degree Physical Therapy Assistant accredited program.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent and to draw and interpret graphs. (Required proficiency)
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. (Required proficiency)
Skills
- Demonstrates supportive behaviors necessary for age-specific care as determined by each specific department. (Required proficiency)

Compensation
- Abide by Stormont Vail's Remote Worker Policy and will review and acknowledge the Remote Work Agreement annually.
