About the role
- Planned Parenthood of Greater New York is seeking a Patient Care Associate to join our Clinical Services team for a full-time 37.5 hour work week.
- This positions home location is based at our Schenectady, NY health center.
- This position also requires regular travel to additional health centers (Queensbury, Saratoga).
Responsibilities
- Support front desk with check ins, scheduling, patient inquiries, etc.
Requirements
- Proficiency in other languages
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role
- Work experience in Phlebotomy, Urinalysis, Pregnancy Testing, Rapid HIV Testing
- Knowledge of Medicaid screening

Compensation
- Participates in annual competency checks and training for all new services, tests, and skills as assigned.
