Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to employees and field HR staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Benefits
- Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
- Works with Benefits Manager to ensure all benefit materials and processes are consistent and in compliance with internal policy, federal, and state regulations.
- Assists in handling enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, distributions, loans, and compliance testing.
- Coordinates materials for benefits orientation, open enrollment, and summary plan descriptions.
- Assists with leave administration processes.
- Assists with benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
- 3 years' experience in benefits field required.
- Experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
