About the role

You will join a team of operators, engineers, and builders who solve hard problems with humility and focus.
Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for an Endpoint Management Administrator.
Ensure assigned devices receive the correct profiles, configurations, applications, compliance policies, and baseline assignments based on role or department.

Apply, validate, and troubleshoot configuration profiles, policies, applications, endpoint agents, remediation scripts, and baseline assignments.
Manage mobile application management policies for corporate and BYOD mobile access, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace app protection configurations.
Maintain documentation for imaging, configuration, troubleshooting, and escalation workflows.
Partner with IT Operations, Identity, and Security teams on endpoint standards, device trust, conditional access, and access policy requirements.
Ability to create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content.

Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office and IT equipment such as computers, keyboards, servers, and cabling tools.
Must be physically capable of installing or replacing workstation and network hardware, tracing cabling in confined spaces, and performing light equipment setup within office or lab environments.
Requirements 2-4 years of experience in device management, endpoint administration, MDM/UEM administration, or related IT operations within an enterprise environment.
Proficiency with MDM/UEM platforms such as Intune, Jamf, or similar administration tools.
Strong understanding of compliance management, encryption, patch status, and endpoint security posture.
Experience with asset lifecycle management including inventory, refreshes, and disposals.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift / carry up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Experience with advanced Intune administration, remediation scripts, reporting, or automation.
