  • Who are we looking for?
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to manage daily logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory tracking, and documentation.
  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips Accurately document and label incoming and outgoing goods Prepare and package outbound shipments in accordance with company standards and customer specifications Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and drivers Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification may be required) Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area Communicate with internal teams (purchasing, quality, production, customer service) to ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials Weekly Status Reports Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience preferred Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems or shipping software (e.g., FedEx, UPS, ERP systems) Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Familiarity with Sage X3 ERP is a plus Experience with international shipments is a plus Forklift certification is a plus Work Environment: This position requires work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical activity.
