About the role

  • The Avionics Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting and/or performing needed repairs to aircraft systems utilizing test equipment and hand tools to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications.

Nice to have

  • Minimum four (4) years' experience in performance of avionics modifications and installations on corporate / business aircraft or similar airframes.
  • FCC Certification is preferred
  • Airframe certification preferred
  • Work is performed in an aircraft hangar environment with moderate noise level.
  • The employee is frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
  • Must have the ability for climbing and bending at the waist, crawling, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and working at heights
  • Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
