About the role

  • Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Data Integration & Data Management Connect, consolidate, and transform data from multiple sources including CRM, ERP, finance, operations, customer service, and external platforms.
  • Improve data quality, governance, and reporting reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Business Intelligence & Reporting Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reporting environments.
  • Build executive dashboards and KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and reporting structures.
  • Deliver actionable insights to management teams and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting processes.
  • Support the creation of centralized reporting environments and data repositories.
  • Develop automated workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and other automation technologies.
  • Implement automated reporting distribution and notification systems.
  • AI Solutions & Intelligent Reporting Research, evaluate, and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop intelligent reporting solutions capable of generating automated business summaries, trend analysis, and performance commentary.

  • Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
