Responsibilities
- Collect all information needed to produce customer invoices, assemble, and create monthly invoices
- 1099 vendor management support, including onboarding, compliance tracking, and ongoing communication
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting team
- Responsible for client invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable functions in addition to general support to our accounting department.
- Free access to our Risk Intelligence Dashboard and GEAR App. Providing 24/7 access to trusted risk intelligence and remote support, helping you stay informed, prepared, and protected wherever you operate.
Requirements
- Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Nice to have
- Sage Intacct experience
- Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets at an intermediate level
- Experience in full-cycle bookkeeping
