About the role
- This position is located in the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), Planning and Real Estate Directorate (PRE), Transactions Office (TO).
- Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience managing complex federal real property programs involving acquisition, leasing, disposal, and portfolio management.
Requirements
- Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F.
- Experience providing analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on real property policies, leasing strategies, and portfolio management decisions.
- Experience leading property initiatives with comprehensive responsibility for strategic planning, detailed scheduling, resource management, and the successful delivery of projects.
- In addition, applicant's experience must also demonstrate that the candidate possesses the following qualities: Ability to assign, review, and supervise the work of others
- Ability to adjust to change, work pressures, or difficult situations without undue stress
- Applicants must meet all the required qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement.
