Maximize cash flow performance of the hotel.
Establish adequate controls for all revenues and expenses and protection of assets.
Our reputation and long-term success depend on establishing mutually beneficial relationships.
Take responsibility for the professional development of all Hotel team members.
This includes identifying training needs and supporting the funding of necessary training.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
Prior experience as a hotel property finance leader
Excellent understanding of the Uniform System of Accounts
