Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales, partner organizations, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and drive execution through partners.
  • Partner with finance to align partner plans with financial targets, ensuring accountability for revenue, margin, and investment outcomes.
  • Identify risks and opportunities across the partner ecosystem, including capacity constraints, partner performance, and market dynamics, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering expertise in partner planning and ecosystem management.
  • Cross-functional & Partner Collaboration: Work closely with sales, partner organizations, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align priorities, resolve trade-offs, and drive execution through partners.
  • Financial Integration: Partner with finance to align partner plans with financial targets, ensuring accountability for revenue, margin, and investment outcomes.
  • Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify risks and opportunities across the partner ecosystem, including capacity constraints, partner performance, and market dynamics, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering expertise in partner planning and ecosystem management.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain (partner) strategy, planning, or supply chain leadership roles, with a strong track record of leading teams and driving cross-functional alignment

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field
  • advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with planning and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and partner or ecosystem planning tools
  • implementation experience preferred.

Compensation

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $206,900.00 - $372,400.00 per year.
  • The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan.
