About the role
- This position is based in NYC (Flatiron) and requires in-office presence as needed.
- This is a high-impact position: the talent you recruit will have a direct effect on revenue growth, market expansion, and Latent Health's ability to achieve its ambitious mission.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and select Business Ops roles)
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute hiring plans aligned with company growth goals
- Build proactive sourcing strategies and develop repeatable, multi-channel pipelines
- Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for talent and candidate experience
- Collaborate closely with GTM leaders and managers throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Support headcount planning and prioritization alongside the Lead GTM Recruiter
- Build authentic relationships with candidates from outreach through offer
- Partner with leadership on offer strategy and candidate positioning
Requirements
- 4+ years of full cycle work experience
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
Nice to have
- Experience hiring Sales is required
- Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Ops a plus
