Responsibilities
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support
- Create workflows to embed technology into rehab practices without reducing clinical efficiency or productivity.
- Identify and develop partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and academic institutions for innovation and research initiatives.
- Lead or support research and outcomes tracking to assess the impact of technology on functional outcomes and patient experience.
- Design strategies to improve access to rehabilitation technology in the community, supporting long-term independence beyond discharge.

Compensation
- $89,356.80 - $134,035.20 If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.
