Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to pursuing professional development and eventual PE licensure.
