About the role
- Candidates must either be currently located in or willing to relocate to Austin, TX.

Responsibilities
- Support the Men's Apparel team throughout the seasonal product development and merchandising calendar.
- Support the development and maintenance of assortment plans, line sheets, hindsight documents, and other seasonal merchandising tools.
- Create and maintain accurate product information within PLM and other merchandising systems.
- Partner with Design, Product Development, Planning, Marketing, Retail, and Supply Chain to keep products and deliverables moving against key deadlines.
- Track product samples and maintain an organized sample library.
- Support assortment presentations and prepare materials for internal and external meetings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings strong organization, attention to detail, analytical curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
- This role is required to be based in Austin, TX.
- You have a genuine passion for product and an appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and timeless Western style.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 0-3 years of professional business experience.
- Experience in retail, buying, merchandising, apparel, or product development is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort working with numbers, maintaining product data, and preparing presentations.
- Interest in Men's Apparel, consumer trends, and the retail industry.
- Some travel may be required.
Compensation
- Competitive salary: $65,000-70,000/annum (commensurate with experience)
