About the role

We are seeking experienced HVAC Field Technicians with the ability to travel to the customer site to start up, commission, troubleshoot and repair the equipment we represent.
This position requires the capability to work independently, and candidates should have strong diagnostic skills.
This is a full-time opportunity for an energetic self-starter.

Manage projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision
Start-up, commission, and support BMS on equipment we represent
Perform factory start-up, commissioning, warranty service on Data Center equipment and systems we represent.
Performs electrical and mechanical inspections on equipment to ensure peak performance
Performs other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and work well with others.
Submits required paperwork to Data Mission Critical Administrator in a timely manner
Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required
Driven with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Ability to apply knowledge of refrigeration, air flow, and theory.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse client groups.
Effectively communicate and properly describe problems and solutions.
Well-developed planning, organization, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proficient computer skills, such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to produce clear, timely and concise documentation and have well-developed problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel substantially within operational region.
A flexible schedule may be required.
Willingness to work in adverse working conditions
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have valid driver's license with good driving record
