About the role

- This role will report to the Director, Technical Revenue Accounting and play a key role in supporting CoreWeave's growth and financial reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ASC 606, driving significant process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency in revenue accounting and developing future team members.
- Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Legal, FP&A, Product Management, Business Systems and GL Accounting teams to assess complexities or custom terms in contracts and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain revenue policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent accounting treatment.
- Thoroughly review and document executed sales contracts from a technical revenue perspective and provide clear accounting guidance to the Revenue Accounting team to ensure compliance and accurate revenue recognition.
- Support automation and system improvements to enhance the Commercial Accounting team's efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements
- CPA required (or equivalent international certification).
- Strong expertise in ASC 606, revenue recognition principles and US GAAP.
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, SaaS or software industries.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex contracts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of relevant experience, with a mix of Big 4 public accounting and industry experience preferred.

Compensation
- The base salary range for this role is $127,000 to $168,000.
