About the role

Responsibilities

  • Front-line support for a retail active trading platform.
  • Primary channel will be incoming phone calls, platform support cases and (potentially) live chat through Pylon during market hours.
  • Reports to Active Support Team Lead.
  • At least 2 years in fintech or brokerage support

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and client focused, a strong understanding of financial operations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Active Series 3 preferred.
  • If not active, must be prepared to pass the exam within 3 months of joining.
  • Preferred Experience / Skills:

Skills

  • Strong verbal & written communication
  • Calm and composed under emotional pressure
  • Client Service skills, can work to identify and resolve issues
  • Must have active Series 7 & Series 63
  • Active Series 3 preferred. If not active, must be prepared to pass the exam within 3 months of joining.
  • Experience at a retail trading brokerage pre
  • Familiarity with retail (active) trading or professional platforms
  • Experience with Pylon or similar support platforms
  • Knowledge of PDT rules, margin mechanics, and order types
