About the role
- You will be responsible for shaping and maintaining our digital presence across all external and internal channels.
- Working closely with Communications, Government Relations, HR, Business Development, Engineering, and Leadership teams, you will ensure Focused Energy is seen as a visually compelling and technically credible deep-tech brand.
- Produce high-quality visual assets for campaigns, investor relations, recruiting, and public affairs
Responsibilities
- Design and produce 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for web, social media, presentations, and events
- Develop interactive and immersive digital experiences to make fusion technology engaging and accessible
- Create explainer videos, product visualizations, and scientific illustrations
- Maintain and evolve the visual language and design system across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with engineering and science teams to turn complex concepts into compelling visuals
- Own and manage Focused Energy's corporate website as the primary digital communications platform
- Design and implement new features, landing pages, and digital experiences
- Manage Focused Energy's social media presence (especially LinkedIn and other relevant platforms)
- Create visually compelling content tailored for each channel and audience
- Develop and execute integrated social media strategies aligned with business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Media, Motion Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, motion design, 3D animation, or visual production
