About the role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall direction.
- Provide the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of a project
- Develop full scale project plans and schedules
- Manage all aspects of the project budget
- Manage project resource allocation
- Provide direction and support to the project team
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Perform project evaluations and assessment of results
- Ability to effectively manage time over several programs
- Our parent company, Bridger Aerospace is an aerial firefighting and critical infrastructure support company based in Belgrade, Montana.
- It was founded in 2014 to support front-line firefighters with world-leading technology and aerial fire suppression systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Systems Integration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years work experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work proficiently with remotely located employees
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Must be U.S. citizen
Nice to have
- Background in aviation airframe modifications is strongly preferred
- Unanet experience is strongly preferred
- DoD or Military experience is preferred
- Experienced with Microsoft Projects is a plus
- PMP certification is a plus
