About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing overall direction.
Provide the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Lead the planning and implementation of a project
Develop full scale project plans and schedules
Manage all aspects of the project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Provide direction and support to the project team
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Perform project evaluations and assessment of results
Ability to effectively manage time over several programs
Our parent company, Bridger Aerospace is an aerial firefighting and critical infrastructure support company based in Belgrade, Montana.
It was founded in 2014 to support front-line firefighters with world-leading technology and aerial fire suppression systems.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Systems Integration, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5-10 years work experience
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work proficiently with remotely located employees
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Must be U.S. citizen

Background in aviation airframe modifications is strongly preferred
Unanet experience is strongly preferred
DoD or Military experience is preferred
Experienced with Microsoft Projects is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
