Responsibilities
- Collaborate with BCBA, Coordinator, and Senior Director to develop training schedule for onboarding new staff.
- Meet with new team member on day one for orientation, tour of building, and introduction to team members.
- Maintain inventory of all toys, complete orders, and organize all necessary supplies, toys, and materials as approved by the Senior Director and update as needed.
- Lead and supervise volunteers and staff to ensure a safe and developmentally appropriate environment to provide effective and enjoyable experiences for children and their families.
- The Registered Behavior Technician Development Coordinator will implement onboarding, training, and development of BT/RBT team members.
- They will support the psychosocial and developmental needs of children through the scheduling and implementation of ABA services directly and indirectly.
- Collaborate and participate in scheduled meetings with the Senior Director and farm technician to discuss event and activity planning, along with other specific duties and assignments.
- Actively leads in culture and team building events.
- Assist and support leadership during company initiatives.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
- Must be willing to work with children from birth to 21 and their families.
- Basic computer skills which include a working knowledge of database, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing.
- The employee is regularly required to move including walking, running, jumping, and sitting.
- The employee is regularly required to use their hands and fingers to handle, lift, reach, and feel.
- The employee is frequently required to stand and stoop, twist, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

- Complete RBT treatment following the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) under the supervision of the BCBA and in alignment to policies and procedures of Pediatrics Plus and regulations of the BACB.
- 2 years of experience working with children and their families preferred.
