About the role
- Coordinate tasking and documentation with MAJCOM staffs, ACC/A3T staff for TIP/TTPs and ACC/A5T staff for T&E and fielding.
- Act as OPR for scheduling of SWW participation in EW T&E consortium, Developmental Test Working Group, and other T&E-related forums.
Responsibilities
- This exciting work supports the 388th Electronic Warfare Squadron (388 EWS) under the 360th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW) at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida.
- The 350 SWW is the technical focal point for all electronic warfare (EW) support of warfighter systems for the Combat Air Forces (CAF).
Requirements
- Must be a US citizen
- Bachelor's degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience
- Possess a demonstrated ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Applicants must have a working knowledge of computer systems and an understanding of Windows-based personal computers and Microsoft Office software.
- Must be capable of obtaining and retaining up to a Top-Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Experience in Operational and or Developmental Test for any aircraft in any service
- If not, experience in USAF operational employment of Airpower, or similar combat arms experience is suitable for the position.
- Also desired is knowledge of EW weapons systems development, test and evaluation, range operations, and systems engineering.
- Experience in Operational and or Developmental Test for any aircraft in any service; includes flying the testbed, developing/writing test plans, and/or conducting engineering assessments of test results.
- Operational EW experience on any CAF platform.
- Previous experience in RF integration, EM spectrum management, antenna design, and digital signal processing is desired;
