About the role

The Courier I is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely pick-up and delivery of food and environmental samples to and from laboratory testing facilities.
This role plays an important part in maintaining sample integrity and supporting laboratory operations.

Labstat - A global leader in contract research and testing for nicotine, tobacco, cannabis, hemp, and next-generation products, with deep expertise in analytical chemistry and toxicology.
This position requires the ability to use the company's routing and delivery mobile application to receive routes, track deliveries, upload documentation, and communicate with dispatch.
Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones, navigation tools, and mobile apps in a professional environment.
Ensure all samples are delivered on time and in proper condition while maintaining required chain-of-custody documentation.
Complete assigned FDA collections and required photo documentation for warehouse or freezer samples.
Complete all required training and adhere to company safety standards.
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic technology proficiency (mobile apps, GPS navigation, digital documentation)

2+ years of professional courier, delivery, or transportation experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of laboratory operations preferred.
Familiarity with laboratory safety procedures is a plus.
