About the role

  • Salary: $57,500.00 - $106,500.00 Pay Type: Salaried The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.
  • Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
  • Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering artificial intelligence, generative AI, or advanced automation solutions from concept through to implementation - In-depth.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python - In-depth.
  • Experience with process improvement methodology (Lean Six Sigma) and process mapping or process mining tools - an asset.
  • Experience with lakehouse platforms (Databricks), dimensional modelling, and pipeline development - an asset.
  • Experience designing validation or evaluation frameworks for large language model outputs - an asset.
  • Experience with automation tooling such as Alteryx, VBA, or Power Automate - an asset.

  • Typically between 3 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience developing business intelligence and data visualization solutions
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.

  • Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth.

Nice to have

  • Power BI preferred - In-depth.
  • Post-graduate degree in business analytics, data science, or a related quantitative discipline, or an MBA with a quantitative concentration - preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, or in management consulting serving financial services clients - preferred.

Compensation

  • $57,500.00 - $106,500.00
  • The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.
  • For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
  • BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
