About the role

  • This isn't a role for someone who waits to be told what to do.
  • You'll be trusted with sensitive information, expected to operate several steps ahead, and relied on to keep leadership focused on what matters.
  • If you thrive in complex, fast-moving environments and take pride in making things work without friction, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, communications, and priorities with minimal direction
  • Own scheduling across internal teams, external clients, legal counsel, and strategic partners
  • capture decisions and drive action item follow-through
  • Serve as a communications bridge between the executive team and internal departments, vendors, and partners
  • Support operational and strategic initiatives as they arise

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff-adjacent role, ideally in technology, professional services, or a similarly demanding environment
  • Experience supporting a founder or C-Suite executive, not just a department head
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint - at a level beyond basic use
  • Strong written communication: you can draft a crisp email, a tight briefing, or a board-ready summary without heavy editing
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IT, or technical professional services is a genuine advantage - you don't need to be a practitioner, but you should be able to follow the conversation
  • It moves fast, the stakes are real, and the people around you know what they're doing.
  • you can draft a crisp email, a tight briefing, or a board-ready summary without heavy editing
