Dock Sortation Specialist Part-time, Hourly · Operations THIS ROLE WILL START AT 3AM.

Flag damaged, mislabeled, or missing packages to the Lead the moment you spot them.

Ability to stand for 5+ hours and lift or move packages up to 50 lbs, reasonable accommodation provided.
Dependable and detail-oriented, with a track record of showing up and doing the work with care.
Comfortable using AI tools, Claude, ChatGPT, voice assistants, on the floor to answer questions, translate, and draft communications. If you're new to this, willing to learn quickly.
Able to reliably start shifts at 3:00am on the schedule set by your location.
Comfortable using handheld scanning devices and mobile apps, and quick to learn new tools.
Reliable transportation to your Saltbox location for an early morning start.

Prior warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, or retail experience is a plus, but if you've got hustle, we'll train you on the rest.

Saltbox is excited to offer a part-time hourly position with a base pay range of $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on your location.
