About the role

- In this location, Sensei Porcupine Creek, Sensei is operating the lodging operation, as well as world-class golf, tennis, spa, fitness, movement, nutrition, meditative, enrichment and body assessment facilities.
Responsibilities

- This role is intended to develop the AIT into a well-rounded turf professional.
- The Assistant-In-Training will work directly with the golf course maintenance management team in planning and conducting daily course maintenance and developing new maintenance processes.

Requirements
- Ability to make reasonable decisions using acquired job-related knowledge and common sense
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Candidate must have or be working toward a 2-4-year Turfgrass Management degree or Turfgrass Certificate
- Collaborative mentality and the ability to recognize how to get things done as a team
- will be diverse and initially dependent on experience.
- Candidate must possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have
- 2+ years of golf course maintenance experience preferred.
