About the role

This position will work within our after school programs creating, implementing and leading the children in the YMCA after school through enrichment programs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children as well as a passion for arts, cooking or science of all kinds.
Our current enrichments include art, dance, STEAM, cooking, Spanish and robotics, but will expand as the needs within our communities do.

An outstanding ability to build relationships with children, parents and community members is a must as well as the flexibility to help fill the ever changing needs of our youth development department.
