Responsibilities
- Support settlement activities across a broad range of products, including syndicated loans, private markets, collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), infrastructure debt, real estate debt, restructurings, and trade claims.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR).
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of portfolios and deal documentation to support effective controls and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and control enhancement initiatives that improve efficiency and mitigate operational risk.
- Excellent communication and client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of private credit, real assets, project finance, and alternative investment products.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in dynamic operational environments while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- familiarity with loan processing platforms is advantageous.
- Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
- Knowledge of banking, investment management, and alternative asset operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while contributing to team and organizational objectives.

Compensation
- For Princeton, NJ Only the salary range for this position is USD$95,000.00 - USD$127,500.00.
