About the role

  • Work Arrangement Remote position with periodic travel to AEVEX facilities (Tampa, FL; Solana Beach, CA; other locations) as needed for go-lives, workshops, and team events.

  • Job Overview AEVEX Aerospace is seeking an experienced Infor LN Architect and Developer to join our Business Systems team.

Responsibilities

  • AEVEX uses agile and customized approaches to rapidly define, develop, and deliver specialized solutions for airborne special mission needs for the U.S. Government, partner nations, and commercial businesses.
  • Design, develop, and maintain customizations, extensions, and configurations within Infor LN using LN Tools (4GL/BL programming, forms, sessions, reports, DALs).
  • Build and maintain integrations between Infor LN and enterprise applications (Unanet, Blackline, Salesforce, UKG, Concur, Power BI) using Infor ION, ION API, and BODs.
  • Translate business objectives into LN process designs and application architecture; maintain the ERP roadmap and standards.
  • Lead cross functional design sessions with TS and Finance/Accounting; ensure financial transactions and upstream processes are addressed.
  • Develop and optimize data flows, APIs, and middleware configurations within the Infor OS platform (ION, Data Lake, Compass).
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for all development work.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret DoD clearance, U.S. Citizenship required.

  • Constantly required to sit, and to reach to use computers and other office equipment

Nice to have

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex ERP issues under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset - comfortable working across Business Systems, Data & AI CoE, infrastructure, and business teams.
  • Commitment to documentation, governance, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, including analyzing logs and resolving production issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Infor LN certifications preferred.
  • 7+ years of hands-on development experience with Infor LN (or Baan IV/V with LN migration experience).

Skills

  • Solid SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, data analysis) in a SQL Server or Oracle environment.

Compensation

  • $145,900 - $166,700 USD

Benefits

  • Define data governance and Data Health KPIs; partner to visualize and track in Power BI (GCC/GCC High).
