About the role

  • Shift Leader Trainees are hired and trained to move into the role of Shift Leader, typically within 90 days.
  • Reliable onsite attendance is an essential function of the job to ensure operational success and consistent service for our Guests.
  • Frequency Key: Continuously - 67% to 100% of the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment throughout the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, Team Member areas (e.g., lockers and kitchen), and customer-facing spaces such as restrooms.
  • Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by store management.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • At least 6 months of proven experience and/or training in a management or leadership role

Skills

  • Working in or with elevated locations and tools (e.g., ladders, stockroom).

Compensation

  • $32k-$41k
