About the role
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and just-in-time principles
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage raw material requirements (polymers, chemicals, fillers, oils, etc.) to support production schedules
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP and ensure data integrity
- Support problem-solving for material shortages and production disruptions to minimize operational impact
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for mixing operations
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams to support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Associate's in Business or related field, or 4+ years of experience in material planning, production scheduling, or manufacturing operations in lieu of an Associate's
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to change priorities
Nice to have
- 2+ years experience in manufacturing environment (preferred: rubber, plastics or chemicals)

- The Production Scheduler is responsible for ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and scheduling of raw materials and production activities within the rubber mixing facility.
- This role ensures that customer demand is met while optimizing inventory levels, minimizing downtime, and maximizing production efficiency.
