While you'll have support from an Office Manager, leadership team, and coworkers, much of that partnership happens virtually.
While this role does not directly manage employees, it is expected to serve as a leader within the office.
It is a conflict of interest for an employee of Mindful Support Services to be a current client of Mindful Therapy Group.

As the Lead Provider Support Specialist, you'll be the primary on-site support person for our Eugene office, helping providers, clients, and teammates while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
We're hiring directly into this lead-level role because this office needs someone who can bring strong communication, organization, and leadership skills from day one.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, build trust with others, and contribute to a positive and accountable team culture.
