Job Overview: As a Class A CDL (Heavy Haul) driver at RIGUPATL, you will be responsible for transporting oversized and heavy loads to various job sites safely and efficiently.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure timely delivery and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities: Operate heavy haul trucks and trailers to transport oversized loads.
Inspect vehicles and equipment to ensure safe operating conditions.
Understand and comply with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Secure loads using appropriate methods and materials.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and project managers regarding delivery schedules.
Participate in safety meetings and contribute to promoting a safety-focused culture on the team.
Complete all necessary paperwork for loads transported.
Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to perform manual labor and handle heavy loads safely.
The hourly compensation range for this role is between $29.00 - $32.00.
The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
